Zane joined Ian Williams in 2007. A true testament to our values, he developed his career with Ian Williams successfully undertaking various functional, operational and leadership roles, during this time. As our Managing Director, Zane has a wealth of experience in developing pragmatic solutions for our customers, he is passionate about investing in both people and systems and is determined for Ian Williams to be recognised as one of the best organisations to work for in the UK.

A CIMA qualified accountant, Jayne brings a wealth of experience to her role as Finance Director/Company Secretary at Ian Williams. Starting her career in retail, she later moved to the construction and property maintenance sector, joining Ian Williams in 2008. Throughout her time at the company, she has held both operational and finance roles. Jayne has a passion for ensuring Ian Williams remains a business that genuinely puts its people first and lives by its values; taking pride in the work we deliver.

Amy joined Ian Williams in 2010 and brings over 25 years of industry experience to her role as Sales and Marketing Director. Throughout her career, she has successfully led the acquisition of major accounts with some of the UK’s largest public and private sector organisations. Along with leading the marketing and communications strategy of the company, her passions are focus around customer service, the skills agenda, and best practice procurement within the maintenance sector.

Craig brings over 17 years of experience in the sector, having joined Ian Williams through a graduate management programme in 2006. As Response Operations Director, he has held various strategic leadership roles and is deeply passionate about ensuring effective and customer-driven asset management and repair services to the housing sector. Craig is passionate about keeping contracts at the forefront of technology to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Warren’s extensive experience spans the retail, health & beauty, and hospitality sectors, with a transition to Ian Williams and the property services industry in 2017. As Capital Operations Director, Warren is committed to fostering teamwork and empowering teams to provide outstanding quality and customer service. His dedication to collaborative excellence drives Ian Williams’ success.

Philip has been an integral part of Ian Williams since 1988 and now holds the position of Painting Operations Director. With unrivalled expertise in painting and repairs, Philip oversees projects across industrial, heritage, commercial, and residential buildings and homes. His leadership has ensured multiple Painting and Decorating Association Awards for exceptional service quality. Philip is passionate about developing people at all levels and believes in delivering great services through highly skilled and motivated teams.

Chris is an accomplished IT leader who has excelled in high-growth start-ups, FTSE 100, and DAX 30 global organisations. With over 20 years’ experience across various industries, Chris joined the Ian Williams Leadership Team in 2023 as IT Director. He is deeply passionate about driving business transformation, fostering strong partnerships, implementing value-add digitisation, and promoting operational excellence throughout the organisation.

A Chartered Member of the CIPD with extensive experience in HR senior management and director roles across construction-related sectors. Jason joined Ian Williams in 2022 as People Director. He is passionate about creating a business for good for all stakeholders and creating a supportive environment to enable all our people to grow and develop.

Andy joined Ian Williams in 1984 and has a wealth of experience in the sectors in which the company operates. He has significant senior operational leadership and commercial experience, including his role as Managing Director from 2010 to 2023 spearheading the company’s continuing expansion. His guidance and support are instrumental in ensuring the strong governance of Ian Williams.
