Planned, Response & Cyclical Maintenance

Ian Williams provides the building fabric planned and response maintenance services within the public and private sectors. This is undertaken for clients including Registered Social Landlords, Local Authorities, Commercial organisations and public bodies. We are also one of Norwich Union's largest service providers for building repairs within the housing sector.

All work is delivered directly by our trained and qualified multi-trade workforce though a network of offices in England and Wales. The organisation is particularly focused on the delivery and measurement of customer satisfaction for the end user.

We recognise the need to consider asset life and whole-life cost principles when delivering these services and as a consequence have formed strategic relationships with material and equipment suppliers to ensure that the optimum products are used when replacements are incorporated into the buildings in which we work.
