Ian Williams provides planned and response maintenance services
within the public and private sectors. This is undertaken for
clients including Registered Social Landlords, Local Authorities,
Commercial organisations and public bodies as well as the Defence
sector.
Our services are delivered by a trained and qualified
multi-trade workforce though a network of offices in England and
Wales. HIgh levels of customer satisfaction is achieved
through our commitment to Customer Care training and performance
measurement. Our understanding of the special needs of diverse
communities contributes to exceptional service standards.
The use of handheld technology has contributed to the provision
of a highly flexible and transparent service solution. We are able
to provide 'Open Book' cost data and gather asset data that enables
future investment programmes to be planned.
We have significant experience of working within occupied
premises and have developed robust health and safety processes that
ensure we undertake work safely and considerately.
We recongise the need to consider asset life and whole-life cost
principles when delivering our services and as a consequence have
formed strategic partnering relationships with material and
equipment suppliers to ensure that the optimum products are used
when replacements are incorporated into the buildings in which we
work. This is of paramount importance when we are engaged in PFI
solutions.
