What are we looking for?

You'll be the face of Ian Williams Ltd carrying out maintenance activities within occupied residential properties, empty properties and public buildings. We are seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join our Maidstone Capital team undertaking works in and around Maidstone and London.

 

Who you are

 

You will need:

  • The following qualifications; CCN1 – Core Gas and Pipework, CPA1 – Flue gas analysis, CKR1 – Cookers, CEN/WAT – Central Heating/ Water Heaters and HTR1 Gas Fires
  • Previous experience of working as a Gas Engineer
  • To be able to work well as part of a team and also on your own
  • A full driving licence
  • Your own tools
  • An Asbestos Awareness Certificate

If you have any of the following, even better:

  • Cat B Asbestos Removal Certificate
