Contract Surveyors - Maidstone, Neasden,
Southampton and Mitcham
We are recruiting surveyors to join our
offices in Maidstone, Neasden, Southampton and Mitcham.
Candidates will be highly focused
professionals, capable of providing surveying support to a high
volume, quality driven product.
You will need:
· proven industry
experience
· Experience in the
commercial management of contracts
· Experience of
Schedule of rates
· A successful
track record of converting tenders
· The ability to
plan and supervise the delivery of contracts
· To be
self-motivated and have the ability to manager others
· A proven ability
to minimise cost and maximise value, profit and cash flow
· A knowledge of
standard forms of contract and computer literacy are essential
· To build
successful working relationships with customers and colleagues
