The Programme
Our 2 year Graduate Management Trainee Programme will teach you
everything you need to know through a balanced series of placements
(lasting a minimum of six months), formal and informal courses,
seminars and development reviews, supervised by your assigned
technical and non-technical mentors. You’ll experience contract
surveying and business management first hand across a range of
operational divisions, further your studies and have opportunities
to develop specialist skills. The aim is to prepare you for real
leadership in a company whose track record speaks for itself.
Salary
Competitive starting package with six-monthly reviews plus
benefits including up to 25 days’ holiday, pension, life assurance,
permanent health insurance, relocation allowances, sponsorship for
professional qualifications and company car on completion of first
year.
About You
The people we want to hear from could come from any degree
discipline, but all will have a clear interest in business
management, a strong academic background, high level numeracy and
IT literacy and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Our placements could take you to any of our UK locations, so
you must be prepared to move with the job.
