The success of our business is almost
wholly reliant on the quality of our people. Training and
development of our employees is therefore a key business focus.
This is reflected in the fact that we have been accredited as an
"Investor in People" since 1997.
In addition to recruiting and training apprentices we run a
graduate recruitment and training scheme. This prepares graduates
from a wide variety of educational disciplines to take up
management or senior technical positions within our business.
All staff are given opportunities to discuss their training and
development needs. Currently over 50% of our tradesman hold CSCS
certification as do the majority of our managers and
supervisors.
