Billy has worked for the company Since January 2003, having
joined as an Apprentice Carpenter in his second year. The company
provides Billy with valuable training both on-site and by college
attendance. The opportunities to develop his skills with ongoing
support have strengthened his ambitions to progress within Ian
Williams.
