Ken joined Ian Williams in 1974 as an apprentice and progressed to Unit Manager through contract surveying and management. He has overall responsibility for two business units, specialising in Painting & Repairs, and Building & Maintenance. Ken and his teams, as with the other teams across the company, have been at the forefront of developing people and the business, with successful management of schemes such as CSCS and contract partnership.
