Hours:

39 hours per week

The Role:

You'll be the face of Ian Williams Ltd carrying maintenance works within occupied residential properties, empty properties and public buildings. We are seeking experienced Carpenters with Multi-Trade skills to join our Birmingham team undertaking fire upgrade works, in the social housing sector, in and around the Birmingham area.

You'll apply because you have:

  • NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) higher in Carpentry & Joinery
  • Experience of fire upgrade works would be an advantage
  • To have a pro-active and positive approach
  • IT skills, preferably with experience of using a PDA to document works
  • A full driving licence

Remuneration:
