Ian Williams is set to grow its London operation with the appointment of a new property services manager.

 

Paul Broadbent has over 25 years’ experience within sector and spent the last eight years with Accent Group, a Registered Social Landlord based in Yorkshire, where he had responsibility for delivering major capital works projects.

 

His appointment signals Ian Williams’ commitment to adding to its social housing experience and understanding, as well as an intention to develop more long-term partnerships with clients.

 

Mr Broadbent’s appointment will enable Ian Williams to develop its painting, decent homes and facilities management business as well as bolster the company’s existing skill set in this sector. The organisation has more than 120 social housing and local authority clients.

 

He said: “I was delighted to be offered this position with Ian Williams, I believe it to be a progressive company that offers a high quality, community investment approach within the social housing and commercial sectors.

 

“Our intention is to expand the existing business by further developing our standing within the sector as a contractor of choice while demonstrating best value and quality of product.”

Ian Williams’ London clients include Family Mosaic, Wandsworth Borough Council and the London Borough of Croydon.
