Ian Williams Development Director Mike Turner recently joined Inside Housing and the Housing Quality Network for the 2010 NHMF Maintenence Conference and Exhibition forum debate: "Can Open Book Partnering deliver long term cost savings?" Devoted to housing maintenance and run by maintenance professionals, the themes of this year's conference were procurement, embracing sustainability, regulation and safety and working with communities.
