Extending our reach with Twynham
Residents across the south coast are set to
benefit from a continuing relationship with the repairs team tasked
with fixing any day-to-day issues in their homes.
Twynham Housing Association, which manages
around 4,000 properties across Dorset, the New Forest, Fareham and
Eastleigh, has extended property services expert Ian Williams’
contract for a further year.
Ian Williams, which runs the contract from its
office in Portsmouth, will continue to work on residents homes
until at least the end of March 2010. As well as providing a
response repairs service, the team will also be working hard to
turn around empty (void) properties promptly to ensure those on the
waiting list are housed as quickly as possible.
