Graduate Ross gets ahead
With news headlines filled with statistics
about the rising number of young unemployed, our graduate training
scheme is offering first time employees a boost. Ross Stockford is
the first to join the newly launched scheme, having completed a law
degree at Reading University earlier this year. Ross, 21, is
spending his first four months in our development team, before
going on to gain experience in finance and operations during the
two year programme. He said: “My degree focused on company and
contract law, so I had decided I wanted to go into a management
position within a business. Since joining Ian Williams I have been
supporting bids and submissions for new contracts, as well as
attending events for contractors. Schemes such as this are a great
opportunity and I am grateful for the experience it has already
given me.”
