Ian Williams has been working with Teign Housing staff and
tenants to help improve service delivery. Members of our contract
tram joined the housing provider’s Tenant Communication Day to
identify strengths and gaps in the services it provides to its
customers. The day brought together Teign board members, its
management team and tenant representatives, and was also attended
by Clear Lloyd-Jones, Chief Executive of the Tenant Services
Authority. 
Ken Jones, general manager for Ian Williams said: “We were
delighted to be able to join Teign at this important event. As the
only supplier present on the day, we were able to bring a different
perspective to conversations around value for money, tenant
scrutiny and engagement.”
Our contract with Teign covers responsive repairs and empty
homes refurbishments for the housing associations 3,600 properties
across South Devon.
