Jephson appoints Ian Williams for 10 year partnering
agreement
The latest in a number of significant new
wins, Jephson Housing Association, which manages 15,600 homes
across the Midlands, East and South West, has awarded Ian Williams
a 10 year response and voids partnering contract. Worth £1.7
million per annum, residents in Jephson's Midlands and East region
are set to benefit from our services which will be delivered from
our Nottingham and Birmingham businesses. Steve Drew, General

provides a fantastic opportunity to work with a housing association
that's firmly committed to improving the service offered to their
residents."
This latest win contributes further to Ian
Williams' order book which for the next 12 months is at its
strongest ever.
