New sauce of business
Property services expert Ian Williams is
taking its work to the next level, after securing work to paint the
apartments in the OXO Tower.
Staff from its Mitcham office are preparing to
work on the iconic building, located on the South Bank of the
Thames, in Spring 2008 as part of a £200,000 contract awarded by
Coin Street Community.
The team will be working on 78 flats on the
five floors which are situated just below the eighth floor roof top
restaurant and shops.
The OXO Tower has been a riverside landmark
since the 1930s. During its industrial heyday it was owned by
the makers of the OXO brand and has had numerous and varied uses
since.
