New wins secured with focus on our
painting services
With an order book at its strongest ever for the next 12 months,
our status as one of the UK’s largest painters has been further
enhanced recently with a surge of new internal and external
painting and decorating contracts.
Our Southampton team recently celebrated a win with Synergy
Housing Group which owns and manages some 9,000 homes, one of the
largest social housing companies based in Dorset operating across
Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. For the next 4 years, we’ll be
looking after the external repairs and internal redecorations of
their housing stock, a contract worth in excess of £400k pa. Across
the country in Bedfordshire, Luton Borough Council has appointed
Ian Williams for a £200k one year cyclical painting project.
Planned maintenance including painting is one strand of our new
arrangement with Essex County Council who has appointed us to
maintain around 300 of their properties including the prestigious
1930s Essex County Hall. Running over the next three years, the
programme also includes reactive repairs. With a value of £750k pa
this contract further strengthens our position in the South
East.
