Community clean-up heralds new start
Volunteers from Ian Williams joined Raglan
residents for a special estate clean-up day.
Flower beds were made over, litter was picked
and blooms were planted on the Warwick Way estate, in
Loughborough.
The event was organised by Ian Williams,
Raglan Housing Association and the Three Close Tenants Association
as part of the ongoing regeneration of the area, and to mark a new
15-year partnering agreement between Ian Williams and Raglan
Housing Association.
Around 30 people took part, including
residents, the police community support officer and students from
Loughborough University, as well as the Ian Williams volunteers and
representatives from Raglan.
