Managing Maintenance in Diverse Communities in the

Supported Housing Sector

Best practice in service delivery, customer service and dealing with diverse communities: Free Half Day Seminar

We are teaming up with ERoSH, Synergy Housing Group and Raglan to host an event to help housing professionals share best practice to tackle the challenges and diversity in supported housing. A unique opportunity for senior sheltered housing and supported housing professionals, the free half day seminar will provide guidance on best practice in maintenance management within the supported housing sector.

There are many issues facing our sector following the Comprehensive Spending Review, changes to regulator requirements and pressures to reduce costs - the seminar is going to provide a platform for us to share best practice and discuss these issues currently affecting members.

Guest speakers include ERoSH chair Jo McTavish, facilities management specialists Ian Williams’ director Mike Turner and director of care and support services at Synergy Joy Kingsbury.

Topics covered during the day will look at advice and planning issues for housing providers post the Comprehensive Spending Review and new discrimination legislation. It will offer delegates the chance to see and share best practice examples and evidence of how to deliver efficiency savings and outcomes to meet the needs of regulators.
