Teign Housing Extends 3 year
arrangement
Teign Housing, which manages over 3,600 homes across South Devon
has extended its three year £3.6 million emergency and responsive
repairs contract with Ian Williams for at least a further 12
months. With continuous improvement at the heart of our
partnership, our joint focus over the next period will to further
identify areas of savings and added value through establishing
Value for Money working groups, and placing more emphasis on IT
interface development for Teign to be able to appoint works
directly onto our Optime Scheduling system to avoid double handling
and increase efficiency.
