Ian Williams has won a three year partnering
agreement worth just under £4 million with Midland’s based Waterloo
Housing Association. Part of the Waterloo Housing Group alongside
De Montfort Housing Society, Leicester Newarke Housing
Association & New Linx Housing Trust, Waterloo Housing
Association is responsible for over 5,000 properties.
The three year contract with an optional 1
year extension includes day to day repairs, emergency and out of
hours emergency works, package works and voids across 3,985
properties in the West Midlands. Key factors in Waterloo’s decision
to partner with Ian Williams included our fully integrated IT
system which measures performance in real time, and our policy of
using local direct labour and suppliers where possible. We are
delighted to work with such a forward thinking organisation whose
high performance status is reflected in the demand for its housing
stock and commitment to developing long term partnerships.
