Your special requirements

 

We ensure that prior to providing Residents with a service we fully understand any special requirements or needs they may have.

 

Health and Safety

 

Particular care is to taken to ensure that Resident’s safety is placed at the heart of our service. We also seek to raise awareness of health and safety issues, on our projects, in the following ways

 

 

Resident Liaison Officers

 

We employ Resident Liaison Officers (RLO’s) who act as the main point of contact for Residents. The RLO develops relationships with the Residents and works closely with our team from start to finish. The RLO also provides the Resident with any advice or assistance after the workhas been completed. Please see our After Care section.

 

Understanding your special requirements

 

The RLO will visit the Resident and discuss any special requirements they may have. This may include the following

 

 

Meeting your requirements

 

We will jointly agree with you how we will undertake our work so that any disruption is minimised. The RLO will be with you every step of the way to ensure that any concerns or worries you may have are dealt with immediately.
