Developing an action plan

The action plan details how we would respond to an incident. In our experience many educational facilities find planning for the recovery from a major incident daunting. It is time consuming and often a steep learning curve for them to prepare and manage disaster recovery planning and response on their own. Increasingly, Ian Williams are employed to take that burden away. We come in at the planning stage and work with an educational establishment throughout the process to create a tailor-made emergency programme. We will then put that programme into action, managing all the elements resulting from an incident, when needed.
