Corporate Social Responsibility
Integration of supply processes can play an important part in
the delivery of sustainable services. Higher quality solutions will
reduce the cost of running and maintaining projects after their
completion. We support the focus on the end life of the solutions
we deliver, and seek where possible to contribute to the potential
for recycling and reuse.
It is our responsibility, in the twenty first century, to
create value and minimise the environmental impact of the work we
do whilst assisting in the creation of
sustainable
communities.
We are committed to dealing fairly with all our stakeholders.
These include our shareholders, customers and business partners,
employees and local communities. Remaining profitable ensures our
continuing viability - but this is only possible if we deliver
value to all our stakeholders in a socially responsible and
environmentally sustainable way.
To ensure our approach is relevant to local needs we delegate
accountability for CSR activity to local business managers, but
within the overall framework. This ensures community based
initiatives are managed locally, where they have most impact. We
encourage and support staff at all levels to participate in these
local activities.
