Ian Williams were contracted by St Austell Brewery to undertake full external and internal decorations and repairs to the Cornish Arms in Tavistock, including replacement of existing timber windows.
Ian Williams undertook internal decorations and repairs at Freemasons’ Hall as part of an 8-week project to transform a previously plain white interior into a vibrant, revitalised space whilst
remaining true to the building’s heritage. As part of this project, we undertook works to the main vestibule, foyer including the double coffered ceiling and decorative columns, main stairs with cast-iron railings and banisters, landings and corridors on four levels, windows and architraves.
Ian Williams is an approved specialist to carry out works at Ministry of Defence sites for Carillon Amey. We were contracted to undertake external repairs and decorations to building 122, one of the Grade II listed accommodation blocks in the Royal Citadel.

Ian Williams undertook a redecorations and minor repairs project at The Old Library – 30 luxury ‘loft style’ apartments in on of Leamington Spa’s landmark buildings. Works included windows, doors, facias and soffits, balconies, handrails, masonry, a sheltered car park area, two bike sheds and four ornate bell towers.
Ian Williams undertook external and internal decoration works and associated repairs and flooring to properties at Grade II Listed Cannon Hill and Cannon Mount in Birkenhead.
Summerdale Close is a residential housing block for vulnerable, sensitive residents. It was key for Trivalls to have a consistent contractor on site and this project was treated as a pilot scheme to ensure the colour selection, quality and works process was set in place before progressing to other similar sites in their housing stock. The final programme at Summerdale Close included full external decorations and roofline works.
External redecoration works to Opal Villas, a 10 storey tower block located in a busy area in Notte Street, Plymouth.
Ian Williams carried out extensive decorations to all common areas, changing rooms, gym area, squash courts and the pool flumes. In addition, we replaced all carpeting throughout the leisure centre and undertook refurbishment works to various parts of the building. Specialist flooring was laid in the pool area and pool changing rooms.
Ian Williams undertook a 2-week internal redecoration project of Nottingham Trent University’s Arkwright Building. Having not been decorated for over 10 years, works included a large number of
pre-paint repairs and decorations to walls, ceilings, balustrades, cornices, handrails, windowsills, doors and frames.
The building remained fully operational throughout the works with students also sitting examinations on campus at the same time.
