Extensive repairs and external redecoration works to Ballard School Main Building

External redecorations and associated repairs to the 18th-century property. Due to the prestigious and historic nature of the building, it was important that the site team delivered a high-quality service to maintain the historic fabric of the building.

Elms Day Nursery – University of Birmingham
External redecorations and associated repairs to the building while the nursery remained operational. Works included masonry painting, painting wood stain windows, rainwater goods, boundary fencing and metal railings.

Bath Road Bridge – Bristol City Council
As part of a current framework agreement with Bristol City Council, Ian Williams undertook the redecoration of the city’s iconic Bath Road Bridge.

Chapel Doors at Rugby School
External repairs to the main heritage oak doors of the School Chapel, which are Grade I Listed, over 200 years old and located on the main high street in Rugby. They had not been decorated for a long time and were
in a state of disrepair.

Coastal Housing – Eversley House
A 22-week programme of external decorations & repairs to a three storey building with commercial units on the ground floor and residential flats on the upper floors. Works included jetwashing of surfaces, asbestos removal, carpentry repairs and decorating.

Tidworth Leisure Centre – Aspire Defence Services
Ian Williams carried out extensive decorations to all common areas, changing rooms, gym area, squash courts and the pool flumes. In addition, we replaced all carpeting throughout the leisure centre and undertook refurbishment works to various parts of the building. Specialist flooring was laid
in the pool area and pool changing rooms.

The Cornish Arms – St Austell Brewery
Ian Williams was contracted by St Austell Brewery to undertake full external and internal decorations and repairs to the Cornish Arms in Tavistock, including replacement of existing timber windows.

Freemasons’ Hall – Freemasons of Bristol
Internal decorations and repairs at Freemasons’ Hall to transform a previously plain white interior into a vibrant, revitalised space with special attention paid to the intricate features of this historic building.

Royal Citadel, Building 122 – Carillion Amey
Ian Williams is an approved specialist contractor to carry out works at Ministry of Defence sites for Carillon Amey. This project delivered external repairs and decorations to building 122, one of the Grade II listed accommodation blocks in the Royal Citadel.
