Our former Finance Director David Sewell is undertaking the ambitious challenge of walking the 186 miles Pembrokeshire Coast Path early next month. Involving 35,000 feet of climbing (Mount Everest is 29,000 feet) and passing very close to the edge of 400 feet cliffs (not great if like David you’re not keen on heights) the walk is all in aid of Ian Williams’ Charity of the Year: Mind
