We are delighted to share that we won the “Keeping Residents Healthy – Best Healthy Home Initiative Award” at the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF) Awards.
This award recognises all our hard work in delivering disrepair, damp and mould works within our responsive repairs, voids and planned works contracts across 19,000 homes in Yorkshire, the Humber, Northwest, East and South.
This project is a proactive approach to improve resident health and wellbeing, whilst also addressing the requirements of Awaab’s Law. It was developed to address urges in damp and mould in occupied homes and vulnerable settings, highlighting the urgent need for early intervention and improved monitoring.
Winning this award is a huge achievement and reflects our long-term partnership with Accent Group, of which we are incredibly proud. Most importantly, the works hugely improve residents’ wellbeing and reinforce the importance of keeping residents safe and maintaining healthy homes.
Thank you to NHMF for hosting such a wonderful evening. We had a fantastic time celebrating the outstanding work being done across the sector, and it was an honour to be recognised alongside so many other great organisations!
