Last week we hosted our annual Qualification Celebration Lunch to celebrate our learners at Ian Williams.
The event saw 27 Apprentices, 10 Trainee Surveyors and 2 staff achievers rewarded for successfully completing their training through the Ian Williams Academy.
We also awarded 6 people with Apprentice Mentor of the year and Apprentice Site Coach of the year in our Painting, Capital and Response products.
Thank you to our Academy team for organising the event and bringing everyone together to celebrate and reward their achievements. This event is a great reflection of our commitment to developing and retaining top talent and investing in long-term training.
