Strengthening our partnership with Anchor through Midlands repairs and planned works

We are delighted to be building upon our 10-year relationship with Anchor, successfully securing the Midlands region for our new repairs and maintenance contracts.

Craig Jones, our Response Operations Director, says: “Extending our longstanding partnership with Anchor is a fantastic opportunity for the Ian Williams team. It has enabled further investment for us in the Midlands region, which is already home to the iwhub – our responsive maintenance customer contact centre with a team of over 60 people. This supports our strategic growth in the Midlands strengthening our local presence with a new office in Coventry. Our teams are equipped with the latest technology and processes to ensure all repairs are completed right the first time and to a high standard of quality.”

Anchor’s Chief Executive Sarah Jones added: “We are pleased to be working with Ian Williams in the Midlands. Completing repairs and planned property works on time, to a good standard and at a price that represents value for money, is central to our residents’ experience of their homes and it is vital that we get this right. We will work in partnership with our new contractors and our technology provider to achieve this outcome for residents and make the process more efficient for colleagues.”
