About the role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumbing and Heating Engineer to join our successful Planned Maintenance Business based in Leeds.

Duties and responsibilities of the Plumbing and Heating Engineer role:

  • Working on Social Housing, Planned Maintenance contracts in the Leeds area In Kitchen Plumbing and Gas works.
  • Day to day work focused on kitchen and bathroom installations around Domestic Gas and unvented hot water system safety devices.
  • Customer facing role

 

 

Expectations of the successfully appointed Plumbing and Heating Engineer:

  • Qualified to an NVQ 3 level in Plumbing, or similar professional body
  • Requirement to be Gas Safe registered in Domestic Gas appliances including cookers and boilers
  • Experience of working with Domestic Gas and unvented hot water system safety devices
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in the professional environment.
  • Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings.
  • Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
  • Possession of a full current UK driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Plumbing and Heating Engineer role.
