About the role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Painter to join our painting team in Maidstone. We usually work within occupied care homes, retirement living and Social housing. Due to being in the heart of these local communities, you will enjoy communicating and interacting with both residents and coworkers throughout their working day, considering their health and safety as well as your own.

Duties and responsibilities of the Painter role:

  • To achieve high standard of decorations to all surfaces
  • To be able to positively represent the company
  • To work with our clients and be customer focused at all times

 

Expectations of the successfully appointed Painter:

  • An NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Painting & Decorating
  • Your own 110v tools
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in the professional environment.
  • Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings.
  • Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Painter role.
