About the role:

Due to an increased workload, we are currently looking for experienced Painter & Decorators to join our successful Painting Business based in Epsom, which specialises in social housing and planned maintenance.

Duties and responsibilities of the Painter & Decorator role:

  • Undertaking internal and external redecoration works on a variety of contracts including social housing, education and property maintenance.
  • Representing the business, by upholding a professional and friendly manner at all times.
  • Ensuring that you are successfully achieving daily productivity targets

Expectations of the successfully appointed Painter & Decorator:

  • Qualified to an NVQ 3 level, or similar professional body
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in the professional environment.
  • Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings.
  • Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
