About the role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Painting Foreperson to join our successful Painting Business based in Watford, which specialises in social housing and planned maintenance. The successful candidate will be working on our contracts in North and West London.

Duties and responsibilities of the Painting Foreperson role:

  • Managing a site based workforce including operatives and apprentice
  • Representing the business, by upholding a professional and friendly manner at all times
  • Setting and achieving targets

Expectations of the successfully appointed Painting Foreperson:

  • Qualified to an NVQ 2 level, or similar professional body
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in the professional environment.
  • Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings.
  • Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Painting Foreperson role.
