Location: Based in Chipping Sodbury

Hours: Full Time. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

These are all elements we are looking for in our new People Development Trainer, based in Chipping Sodbury.

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and talented individual looking to join a growing company offering excellent learning and development (L&D) opportunities and the responsibilities don’t end there.

You will be responsible for:

The design and delivery of a range of Learning and Development solutions for our employees to meet business needs

Ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of these Learning and Development solutions and co-ordinate administrative and support tasks for Learning and Development programmes – particular focus in this role is Inductions, Role Specific training, Appraisals and introducing blended learning in bite sized sessions.

Being part of a collaborative team, marketing and promoting the training support the Academy can offer to the business on a 121 or group basis

Ensuring the training delivered breathes our values and behaviours

Gaining external accreditation for role specific training programmes

As part of your role, you will be required to travel regularly to our other sites which may include overnight stays.

A relevant training qualification or a degree/ equivalent qualification

Be able to demonstrate a volume of experience as a People Development Trainer

You would describe yourself as:

Possessing excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus and be a team player. You’re decisive and proactive, and you thrive on using your initiative and working to deadlines.
