Location: Based in Chipping Sodbury
Hours: Full Time. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

You will be responsible for:
The design and delivery of a range of Learning and Development solutions for our employees to meet business needs
Ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of these Learning and Development solutions and co-ordinate administrative and support tasks for Learning and Development programmes – particular focus in this role is Inductions, Role Specific training, Appraisals and introducing blended learning in bite sized sessions.
Being part of a collaborative team, marketing and promoting the training support the Academy can offer to the business on a 121 or group basis
Ensuring the training delivered breathes our values and behaviours
Gaining external accreditation for role specific training programmes
As part of your role, you will be required to travel regularly to our other sites which may include overnight stays.

Be able to demonstrate a volume of experience as a People Development Trainer
