About the role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our successful Response Maintenance Business based in Southampton, which specialises in voids/repairs and maintenance.

 Duties and responsibilities of the Electrical Qualifying Supervisor role:

  • Working on a day to day basis in Social Housing domestic properties, in the Southampton and surrounding areas
  • Inspecting and testing work, including sign off
  • Customer facing role

 

Expectations of the successfully appointed Electrical Qualifying Supervisor:

  • Qualified to an NVQ 3 level, or similar professional body, including the 2391/2 Testing and inspection certificates
  • Qualified with the BS 7671 17th Edition certificate
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in the professional environment.
  • Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings.
  • Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrical Qualifying Supervisor role.
