Bristol City Council has appointed four contractors to the three-year agreement, with Ian Williams the sole supplier to some 1,800 properties in the north of the city.
Work has now started to give the blocks a new look including external painting and re-decoration of internal communal spaces.
The external improvement works will complete by the end of October to maximise summer weather, with
the internal work taking place over the winter.
The contract award follows our longstanding relationship with the council, including previous contracts for external decoration and repairs for Clifton leaseholders, aids and adaptations work in city-owned properties and building works at Cabot Primary School
