15 year contract for Ian Williams

Ian Williams is continuing its 10 year relationship with Warwick District Council through a new 15 year contract.

The leading property services company has secured three contracts to deliver response maintenance, void works, and external redecorations to council owned residential properties. In total these contracts are worth £2.8million per year. The response maintenance and voids contract will see Ian Williams’ team of operatives deliver works across the Council’s 5,640 homes. The five, plus five, plus five year contract builds on the existing relationship which has seen Ian Williams deliver response and painting services for 10 years.

Mike Turner, development director for Ian Williams, said: “This significant contract win for the business is testament to our established relationship with Warwick District Council, as well as the business’ focus on value for money and high quality services. We are delighted to continue our work with the Council, whilst also providing a full complement of services.”

The decorating element of the contract will see a team of 12 operatives complete external decorations to its affordable housing properties across Warwickshire, including Leamington’s iconic Lansdowne Crescent of Georgian town houses. The external decorations include painting windows, doors, fascias, gutter and soffits, and cleaning down plastics.
