It so lovely for our emergency response teams, who continue to work safely in people’s homes, to get positive feedback. A thank-you goes such a long way in these difficult times, so we want to return our thanks to several East Devon District Council for letting us know how grateful they are to the Ian Williams’ team, with feedback like ‘we can’t praise your plumbers enough’ and ‘you were so kind and thoughtful. I was totally overwhelmed’.
Meanwhile, whilst working from home with her two daughters, Recruitment Lead Olivia Withers has been sending out cards created by her girls to residents at several Anchor Hanover Group care homes we look after. The girls just wanted to wish them well and hope they like them – we bet they are over the moon!
And finally, while our employee Wayne Morgan is furloughed, he & his wife have been supporting their elderly neighbours with jobs they need including shopping, fetching the newspaper, mowing the lawn and cutting the hedges.
