We always support Dementia Awareness Week as it’s such an important issue, but it’s also critical that we put in place real life processes to help our operatives show the utmost sensitivity when they’re working in the homes of vulnerable people. That’s why our teams on site have specific dementia training as part of our ongoing development, delivered during online and in-person Tool Box Talks, by the Ian Williams Academy.
