To mark the start of our partnership with East Devon District Council, both organisations recently enjoyed a fantastic induction day. All the new liveried vehicles were gathered at the Escot Conference Centre, and throughout the working sessions, teams got to know each other better, and discussed some important topics that had previously arisen during a tenant involvement forum about the role of tech for customer feedback.
East Devon District Council appointed Ian Williams Ltd to maintain its 4,200 council homes during a ten-year contract which will see us carry out all aspects of the maintenance and improvements of the council’s properties. This includes providing a day-to-day repairs service for tenants and proactively fixing issues before they become a more expensive problem. The contract also includes bringing empty properties up to standard before being re-let.
