Fantastic feedback from a Senior Support Worker at customer Framework Housing Association

“Earlier this month, a young man called Tyler attended our service. We had a really big leak that we were informed had been repaired previously. Tyler located the source of the leak and fixed it for us – it was in a shower room above. He then went out of his way and ensured all the shower trays upstairs on our service were sealed appropriately to reduce any further risk of leaks. Whilst here, I asked him to take a look at a sink in our kitchen  which had by this point been fixed many times. Tyler happily looked at it, explained the issues and fixed it. On this day I was working alone on a very busy service and what could have gone wrong did go wrong, it was just one of those days.

“Tyler didn’t just fix all the leaks on the service and help reduce risk of further leaks, he went above and beyond. He helped clear all the water that was left that I had not managed to clear before his arrival to us (there was a lot). He remained happy, pleasant and polite throughout. He communicated with all service users and staff alike. He informed me of what he was doing and why and gave me feedback on the next steps to be taken. Nothing was too much bother for him and in this time, he was always mindful of the next job he was to attend and not wanting to let them down.

This gentleman is a true credit to your company and carries your company logo with pride and respect.
