For this week’s Feedback Friday, we are celebrating our Sales and Marketing director Amy and our Reading General Manager, Dave, visiting The Hurst School to meet Headteacher, Jayne McLaren and Assistant Headteacher, Huw Morgan to celebrate our donation of 10 C-Pen Exam readers.
The pens are portable offline text readers developed for use in exams and tests where students may need assistance with reading questions. These pens were used in GCSE exams by students at The Hurst School this year, meaning students who needed extra support could take exams with their peers!
Headteacher, Jayne McLaren said: “We are very grateful to Ian Williams for their donation of Reader pens. Their use has been invaluable for our students who struggle to understand questions in exam conditions, putting them back in control, boosting their confidence and helping them focus better. As well as using them in exams, they will also be used in the classroom going forwards to help with independence and autonomy.”
