We are delighted to announce we have achieved the prestigious Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Order of Distinction for our health and safety arrangements and practices. This results from having achieved 16 consecutive Gold Awards, the coveted Order of Distinction is the ultimate symbol of achievement in safety recognition of our unwavering commitment to protecting our employees and others – setting the benchmark for safety excellence across the industry.

‘After 16 years of RoSPA Gold we still haven’t become complacent. We remain able to demonstrate that not only do we do what the law requires with regards to employee health, safety, and welfare, but we continually strive and evolve to improve our systems and processes for the benefit of our employees and our customers. My thanks go to everyone in the business who helps make Ian Williams a safe and sustainable place to work, a special thanks also to my team members for their hard work and determination in supporting the business. I would like to also thank our Managing Director Zane Poyner and People Director Jason Gorin for their support and strong leadership in ensuring that managing health and safety is an important part of everyone’s role at Ian Williams, and not just the job of the Health and Safety team’.
