As it continues to grow its share of property services provision within the private retirement living sector, Ian Williams announces it has been appointed by specialist operator, Retirement Villages, on a project to improve the external aesthetics of the company’s Avonpark village. Avonpark is an age exclusive retirement village set in 15 acres of landscaped grounds overlooking the Avon Valley, just six miles from popular spa town of Bath and aims to give residents their ‘very own slice of village life.’
The Spring programme which will take around 8 weeks to complete, will see a specialist Ian Williams’ team carry out full decorations including any associated repairs, as well as replacing fascias and soffits and upgrading the current timber fenestration to energy efficient PVC-U windows. Painting is a science and the specification of the correct products is vital to the success of any project. So working with a representative from supplier partner AkzoNobel’s Colour Team, the paint chosen was Georgian Elegance to ensure that the aesthetics were in keeping with the region’s architectural heritage.
