The BDMA is the certifying body for damage management professionals, setting standards and providing training and accreditation for practitioners and others across the wider insurance industry who are involved in the recovery and restoration of damaged properties.
Ian Williams works directly for many large Insurers, Claims Professionals, Private Domestic & Commercial Clients. We have a wealth of experience of working in properties that have suffered Major Loss, both domestic dwellings and commercial properties including High Net Worth and Historical Buildings. We ensure that properties are safe and watertight, including arranging for the testing of any potentially hazardous materials, such as asbestos. We work to specified repair solutions within tight timeframes. Through directly employing our specialist operatives we’re able to provide a multi trade service and fully managed solution. Our services completely and efficiently resolve fire and smoke damage, water ingress and flood damage, building subsidence, storm and wind damage and impact damage, with project values ranging between £5k and £2m.
