Ian Williams Secures Significant New Painting Contracts in London and the South East

Hot on the heels of the announcement that Shepherd’s Bush Housing Group has extended our £1.9 million contract which includes cyclical redecorations, our painting team in London has secured other significant contracts. These include an extension of our programme at Eton until September 2019, a £550k pa contract which will see us carry out internal and external redecorations to the prestigious college’s student accommodation.

Origin Housing which has over 6000 homes and customers in London and Hertfordshire has awarded us a 1 year extension valued at £600k pa to look after their cyclical redecorations and repairs and planned maintenance such as roof and window repairs and renewals. On the other side of London, we’ve just finished mobilising a £250k sheltered housing scheme with Ealing Council for internal and external painting, new flooring and some kitchen and WC replacements, while in North London, we’ve been busy on internal painting schemes on behalf of Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association

Contract extensions are such a positive endorsement. We’re only as good as our last contract and the fact that clients re-appoint our teams, extend our contracts, and expand scope of works means we’re hitting the right buttons.
