Thank you to the colleagues who attended yesterday’s LGBTQIA+ Lunch and Learn for Pride Month.
During the session we learnt about the types of issues members of the community have faced throughout history, the issues that they still face now in the workplace, and what it means to be an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community.
We are continually focusing on inclusion, diversity and equality here at Ian Williams and are committed to being part of organisational culture changes and growth.
