Mental Health Awareness Week contributions

Last week was a really important week for our business as we came together to mark Mental Health Awareness Week to contribute to raising awareness of anxiety within the workplace, and to share ways we can all help each other when we’re struggling. Here’s a round-up of what we did including morning coffee and chat breaks with cakes, biscuits and fruit, and poster reminders of our Employee Assistance Helpline. We also launched our Random Acts of Kindness initiative where two colleagues each day were selected at random to receive a small surprise gift such as a plant, lunch voucher, box of chocolates or lottery tickets/scratch card. This initiative will continue throughout the year.
