This week we joined other employers across the UK, marking Mental Health Awareness Week. Many people told Mental Health Foundation that they feel anxious some or all of the time. Research has proven that good collaboration at work supports positive mental health and effective teamwork can reduce stress.
We’re proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week to help raise awareness of anxiety and share ways we can all help manage these worrying feelings.
With lots of events planned across the business like encouraging team members to take 15 minutes out of their normal working day for coffee breaks, chats, fruit and sweet treats.
